Job Summary

• We are urgently looking to recruit a qualified instructor for our healthcare training institute under Prestigious Consulting.

Role Requirements

• B.Sc in any medical-related field


• We need a candidate who can effectively teach and train students in practical healthcare skills, with a strong hands-on background.


• Be skilled and experienced in phlebotomy (venipuncture, sample collection, specimen handling, infection prevention, patient preparation, etc.)


• Have practical knowledge and teaching ability in basic healthcare assistance/healthcare support skills


• Have knowledge of caregiving/patient care fundamentals, including:


• Personal hygiene assistance


• Vital signs monitoring


• Basic patient handling and mobility support


• Infection prevention and control


• Basic first aid/emergency response awareness


• Professional patient communication


• Have prior teaching or training experience (preferred)


• Be confident in handling both theoretical and practical classroom sessions


• Be professional, organized, and able to mentor students effectively


• Relevant healthcare qualification/certification required (Nursing, Medical Laboratory, Healthcare Assistant, Caregiving, or related healthcare background).
