Job Description

• Install, configure, and maintain access control systems (biometrics, RFID, card readers, turnstiles, etc.)


• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation and security systems across sites


• Respond promptly to system faults, breakdowns, and service requests


• Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks on deployed systems


• Support integration of hardware and software solutions for site operations


• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networking, devices, and system connectivity


• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new technologies

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of access control systems


• Understanding of automation systems and smart building technologies


• Basic networking skills (IP configuration, LAN/WAN troubleshooting)


• Hardware installation and maintenance experience


• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities


• Ability to read technical manuals and system documentation.
