Job Summary




  • The job holder will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the end-to-end bid, proposal and tendering process, preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals, coordinating bid submissions, and ensuring timely delivery of tender documents in line with client requirements and organizational standards.



Key Responsibilities




  • Prepare, develop, and submit professional technical and commercial proposals, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, ITTs, RFPs, and tender documents.

  • Interpret client requirements, tender specifications, and scope of work to develop winning proposals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

  • Coordinate internal bid kick-off meetings and manage bid timelines.

  • Develop bid schedules and track proposal progress to ensure timely completion.
