Role Overview
We seek a Brand & Creative Content strategist to join our team onsite and drive our digital presence with engaging, creative and eye-catching authentic content.
The ideal candidate is a highly creative individual who thinks strategically, writes persuasively aand executes relentlessly.
You’ll be one of the creative faces of the brand online, so it's a MUST to have Excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent brand identity, voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms
- Develop content and marketing strategies aligned with company goals, brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Generate creative marketing concepts, campaign ideas, and audience engagement initiatives
- Oversee the creation of social media content, marketing campaigns, promotional materials, website content, email marketing content, digital advertisements, and video/visual content
- Write and supervise marketing copy, captions, and brand messaging
- Provide creative direction to designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and online marketing initiatives
- Ensure timely implementation and consistency of marketing materials across digital platforms
- Develop strategies to increase online visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, customer acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth
- Manage and strengthen the brand’s online presence across digital and social media platforms
- Monitor market trends, audience behavior, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics including reach, engagement, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
- Optimize campaigns and content strategies using analytics and performance insights
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to achieve business objectives
- Ensure all creative and marketing activities align with organizational goals and brand standards
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking strategies
- Proven expertise in Content Creation, Copywriting and Visual Storytelling
- Experience in Social Media Strategy, Campaign Planning & management and Digital Marketing
- Expertise in Lead Generation and conversion optimization techniques
- Comfortable with video creation and being on camera
- Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills
- Ability to interpret data to develop actionable insights and strategies
- Must have 2-3years history of growing social media pages aggressively
- Must have at least 3years of growth marketing experience.
- Strong Research, Analytical, and Content Performance Optimization skills
- Attention to detail with Editing and Proofreading capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field preferred

- Experience in B2B marketing is an advantage
- Can spot content gaps and fix them
- Have experience growing a brand’s online presence
