This is a full-time, hybrid position that goes beyond a social media manager role. Yes, you will manage our platforms, but the bigger job is thinking strategically about growth and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase Creamix brand visibility, consistently building a genuine community around the brand, and connecting every marketing effort to revenue.
This role requires close collaboration with teams to maintain the brand’s online presence and a keen focus on delivering measurable results. We want someone who sees an opportunity and moves on it without waiting to be told.

Our full online presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
Content strategy, execution, and community engagement.
Content creation and calendar management from concept and copy to shooting, editing, and posting.
Community building turning followers into loyal customers and loyal customers into advocates.
Email and WhatsApp marketing - list growth, campaign planning, and broadcast execution.
Influencer and collaboration outreach - identifying the right partnerships and managing them end to end.
