Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Lagos.


• The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, and supporting the development of innovative projects aligned with the company’s objectives.


• Daily tasks may include preparing reports, collaborating with team members, and ensuring data accuracy for decision-making processes.


• The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can contribute to the success of diverse projects within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, or Social Sciences


• Experience with research tools and methodologies is an advantage


• Strong Research and Analytical Skills, including the ability to gather, review, and synthesize data


• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings and collaborate with teams


• Proficiency in Data Analysis for processing and interpreting complex data sets


• Basic to advanced Laboratory Skills, where applicable, for specific research and development projects


• Self-motivated with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities


• Familiarity with the sectors of Technology or Real Estate is a plus
