Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement annual marketing strategies and work plans aligned with corporate objectives of the organization.


• Develop and present tailored proposals across the company’s range of products to meet the needs of prospective and existing clients.


• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion.


• Provide leadership for the entire Gadgas Team-, hold weekly meetings to review operations and meeting millstones


• Build, manage, and sustain strong client relationships to support long-term business retention and growth.

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, etc.


• M.Sc., MBA or any professional certification in Business Development, Strategic Marketing or Public Relations may be an added advantage.


• Minimum of three years’ experience in business development, sales, or client services with at least four years in a communications, PR, or marketing Agency environment.


• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
