Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline


• Professional HR certification is required (CIPM, CIPD, or any equivalent professional institute)


• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial experience


• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
