Key Responsibilities




  • Lead and supervise the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Manage employee relations and performance management processes.

  • Support learning and development initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Chartered Member of CIPM, CIPD, or any equivalent professional institute.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and Nigerian labour law regulations.
