Job Summary




  • Afripoint Group Limited is seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Applications Sales Executive to drive sales of custom software solutions, business applications, websites, mobile apps, and digital transformation services to companies, SMEs, and individuals.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging clients, understanding their operational needs, and converting them into technology solution sales.



Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation:




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for software and digital solutions

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital channels

  • Build and maintain a strong client pipeline



Solution Selling:




  • Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable applications or digital solution



Sell services such as:




  • Business management systems

  • Mobile applications

  • Websites/e-commerce platforms

  • Custom software solutions

  • Automation systems

  • Digital transformation services



Client Relationship Management:




  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business pitches

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients



Revenue & Target Achievement:




  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

  • Follow up on payments and project onboarding



Market Intelligence:




  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Identify industries with high demand for technology solutions



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • Relevant certifications in sales or technology are an added advantage



Experience:




  • Minimum of 2–4 years experience in sales, business development, or software/IT solution sales

  • Experience selling digital products or services is highly preferred

  • Good understanding of software and technology solutions

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to clients clearly
