  • We are expanding our territories in different locations.(Lagos/Island , Kano, Abia, Calabar/Uyo, Epe/Ikorodu)



Summary




  • This role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring customers understand the benefits and proper usage of our medical equipment.

  • The candidate must be target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced sales environment.



Responsibilities




  • Identify and target potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction and conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and proper usage.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.

  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales pitches.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market demands.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress against targets.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance and provide insights for strategy improvement.

  • Utilize CRM and sales software to track pipeline activities effectively.



Educational Level




  • Must have: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any biological science related field.



Working Experience:Must have:




  • 2+ years’ experience in sales and marketing especially in pharmaceutical sales.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and training.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Adaptability and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

  • Ability to drive and have proper navigation of the territory will be a big advantage.
