Summary




  • As the primary physical touchpoint, the Front Desk Officer must embody our core commitment to "Quality Personal Service."



Job Responsibilities:




  • Greet and assist arriving corporate lease clients, cross-country passengers, and cargo-dropping customers with warmth and absolute professional fairness.

  • Manage the central switchboard; answer inquiries concerning ticket availability, charter pricing, and package tracking status.

  • Sort and document incoming mail, corporate files, and office packages before sending them to the Cargo/Admin sections.

  • Maintain an immaculate, quiet, and corporate-standard front office/reception area.



Job Requirements:




  • OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any social science or humanities discipline.

  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service environments.

  • Flawless English communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and professional presentation.
