  • We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.



Responsibilities




  • Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

  • Respond to emails, messages, and patient inquiries promptly.

  • Process and send HMO approval requests for patients.

  • Prepare and manage patient billing and payments.

  • Receive and direct phone calls appropriately.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Ensure proper communication between patients and clinic staff.

  • Handle administrative tasks as assigned.



Requirements




  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer and email proficiency.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

  • Professional appearance and attitude.

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage.
