Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales growth and market penetration for Hair Extension (Dry Goods) products in Abuja and surrounding areas.


• The role involves managing distributors, expanding market coverage, and ensuring strong execution of sales plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the territory.


• Manage and grow relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.


• Drive product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in outlets.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities.


• Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence reports.


• Supervise and support field sales representatives.


• Conduct regular market visits and ensure brand compliance.


• Prepare and submit sales performance reports.


• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or hair extension sales.


• Strong knowledge of the Abuja market.


• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
