Role Summary




  • As the Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders.

  • You will manage reception operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth communication across departments.



Key Responsibilities




  • Reception Management: Welcome and direct visitors with professionalism, manage the visitor waiting room.

  • Communication Handling: Manage phone calls, mails, and correspondence.

  • Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor logs and enforce security protocols.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scheduling, and document management.

  • Meeting Assistance: Organize meeting rooms and logistics.

  • Customer Service: Provide accurate information and direct inquiries appropriately.



Qualifications




  • Education: OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years in front desk or administrative roles, preferably in oil and gas.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.

  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with downstream oil and gas operations and compliance standards is an advantage.
