Job Summary

• A Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and quality standards. They ensure food is fresh, properly prepared, and served in a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items as per menu requirements


• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen


• Store food properly and monitor freshness


• Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup


• Operate kitchen equipment safely


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations


• Manage inventory and inform supervisors about shortages


• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree. 


• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred


• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Good teamwork and communication skills


• Ability to stand for long hours and lift kitchen supplies


• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
