Job Objective(s)
- This role involves managing the technical implementation of new business solution projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within cost, scope, and quality standards.
- This includes providing technical implementation and support for Payattitude, as well as conducting system integration requirements and solution analysis for new business initiatives.
- Additionally, the role involves analyzing new user and solution requirements to develop robust solutions that align seamlessly with those requirements.
Job Requirements
- First degree(s) in Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
- Certification in RDMS Database, Project Management & Business Analysis would be an added advantage (Minimum of 2.2 or Lower Credit).
- Minimum of 4-7 years post NYSC experience in IT support, fintech operations, or software systems usage.
- Exposure to payment systems or transaction switching is a plus.
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL), understanding of project lifecycle, and willingness to learn project management and business analysis concepts.
Key Competency Requirements
- Foundational understanding of IT systems and electronic payments.
- Basic SQL or database querying.
- Keen interest in system support and operations.
