Role Overview
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue expansion, market penetration, and strategic partnerships across printer hardware, managed print services, and enterprise IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth and business development strategies
- Identify and pursue enterprise, institutional, and public sector opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and partners
- Lead proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity
- Maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage
Key Requirements:
- 4- 7 years’ experience in business development or commercial leadership roles
- Strong background in B2B and B2C sales
- Proven success closing high-value and long-cycle deals
- Experience in printer hardware, MPS, or enterprise IT services is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
