To ensure iVerify complies with all applicable laws and regulations, we need a Finance Officer to oversee our accounting processes.

You should know your way through audits, bills, and making a budget. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You should also be able to multitask and have a keen eye for detail.

Finally, you will be in charge of overseeing the routine operations of our financial systems.

Job Description

Financial Administration

• Responsible for accounting and finance administration for the organization including bookkeeping


• Ensure clients comply with contractual requirements and provide professional accountancy services consistent with generally accepted accounting principles.


• Implement accounting and fiscal control procedures to comply with iverify policies and procedures.


• Develop and review operational budgets.


• Provide oversight of pipeline expenditure projections, manage and review financial functions (check requests, wire transfers, and journal entries), and provide direction, oversight, and interpretation of accounting policies and procedures that guide the day-to-day financial operations

Financial Reporting

Monitor and ensure transactions approval; prepare weekly financial reviews/expenditures and monthly reports for iverify

Attend to other tasks as required by supervisor
