Job Description




  • Execute strategy & communications to increase footfall at Filmhouse Cinemas, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives, ensuring brand consistency.

  • Manage the annual budget for the cinema marketing department

  • Create tailored media strategies for promotional events from planning to execution, delivering within budget and to deadline.

  • Development and maintenance of relationships with media partners, managing the PR strategy for the cinemas.

  • Manage in-cinema marketing in all locations to design localised marketing strategies and creative assets.

  • Assist in developing strategy & execution plans for the promotion of retail items at the cinemas

  • Oversee the production and distibution of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

  • Partner with local businesses, sponsors and other external parties as required to support marketing efforts.

  • Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, campaigns and promotional material)

  • Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas, insights to help improve brand position & consumer sentiments

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

  • Support the organisation, planning and execution of events (Premieres, Exhibitors showcase, Film Exhibitions)

  • Track and measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns to report progress and revenue growth to management team.



Qualifications




  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline

  • CIM

  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience

  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns

  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.

  • Ability to plan and manage budgets.
