Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence within the energy and power sector.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Prepare business proposals and presentations.

  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads.

  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.

  • 5 year and above proven experience in business development or sales.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Experience in the Energy and Power Industry is an added advantage.
