2–4 years of hands-on experience spanning content marketing, social media management, community management, and creator/influencer management
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone, format, and messaging across platforms, audiences, and creator briefs without losing the brand voice
Proven experience managing business social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with demonstrated ability to drive engagement and growth
Demonstrated experience managing creator and influencer relationships end-to-end including shortlisting, briefing, contracting, and performance tracking through to delivery
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, calendars, projects, and deliverables excellently
Comfortable with data, ability to interpret metrics, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
