Role Summary
Grow and manage Liquidcrest’s SME loan portfolio in your branch. You’ll acquire new business clients, assess their creditworthiness, ensure disbursement, and drive repayment/retention.
Key Duties
- Acquire Clients: Source SMEs/traders via field visits, referrals, and market engagement to hit monthly disbursement targets.
- Assess & Originate: Conduct KYC, site visits, cash flow analysis, and prepare loan applications per CBN + bank policy.
- Manage Portfolion Monitor repayments, manage PAR, do post-disbursement visits and early collection
- Report & Comply: Submit daily/weekly reports. Keep all records accurate and compliant.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years as SME/RO in a CBN-licensed microfinance bank with proven loan book + collection results.
- Skills: Strong sales, cash flow analysis, basic Excel, good English + local language
- Other: Must reside near assigned location. Ethical, target-driven, street-smart.
