Overview

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfilment Officer to manage and coordinate the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders accurately


• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams


• Monitor inventory and order status updates


• Resolve delivery and order-related issues promptly


• Maintain accurate order documentation and reporting


• Ensure timely fulfilment and dispatch of orders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification


• 1–2 years experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or operations


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Good knowledge of inventory and order management processes


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
