Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across physical and digital channels.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with leadership capabilities to develop strategic sales initiatives, build valuable partnerships, and strengthen customer engagement while maintaining an exceptional brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate sales activities to achieve revenue and performance targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wholesale partners, and key stakeholders.
Manage wholesale accounts and support the expansion of third-party stockists.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to guide sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and product launches with sales objectives.
Drive growth across retail and digital sales channels.
Ensure high customer service standards across all touchpoints.
Monitor sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the training, development, and motivation of the sales team.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years’ progressive sales experience, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and sales analytics.
Experience in business development, wholesale management, and partnership building.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software, and digital commerce platforms.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
