Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, closing deals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.



Job Roles and Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs

  • Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with company objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and analytics) to ensure smooth project execution

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance

  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and support debt recovery where necessary

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management



Job Requirements and Qualifications




  • HND, B.S.c Degree, or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Experience in digital media or advertising is an added advantage

  • Relevant professional certifications (local or international) are a plus
