Position Overview
- Tybitx Services International Limited is seeking a strategic, highly creative, and experienced Social Media Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize the digital presence for our client.
- This is a fully remote position, requiring a self-motivated professional who can independently drive results while collaborating virtually.
- The ideal candidate will move beyond basic posting to actively manage online communities, cultivate brand identity, and drive sales through data-backed social strategies.
- You will play a pivotal role in translating retail marketing goals into highly engaging digital campaigns that attract, retain, and convert customers across all major platforms, while supporting the brand's e-commerce presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Content Planning: Develop, execute, and maintain a structured monthly content calendar aligned with retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activities.
- Platform Management: Fully manage and oversee the brand's official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn), ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Community Management: Actively engage with the online community, monitor direct messages/comments, track customer sentiment, and foster positive brand-consumer relationships remotely.
- E-Commerce Collaboration: Upload and optimize compelling product descriptions, tags, and images on the e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy and drive online sales.
- Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on content performance using platform analytics tools. Monitor key metrics such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and conversion rates to continuously optimize the digital strategy.
- Virtual Collaboration: Attend remote team syncs, share performance dashboards, and stay aligned with the broader marketing team via virtual communication tools.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand campaign coordination.
- Remote Work Readiness: Proven ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high productivity in a remote setup with a reliable internet connection and power supply.
- Content Skills: Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to different social media audiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with basic graphic design and video editing tools (such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe creative suites, or similar) to oversee or tweak visual assets.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using social media insights and data to prove ROI and adjust tactics.
