Key Responsibilities
Advertising & Marketing:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and track results for better conversions and engagement.
- Work closely with the Social Media Strategist on campaign execution and promotional activities.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging promotional content.
Sales & Customer Relationship Management:
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly on social media.
- Serve as the link between the sales team and prospects across social media platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must understand how digital advertising platforms work, especially Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and campaign management.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing Meta Ads or other digital advertising platforms.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse marketing and sales performance data.
