Are you a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in insurance accounting and financial leadership?
We are seeking a Senior Financial Officer to work closely with the Group CFO of a diversified financial services holding company, providing strategic financial oversight across multiple subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Group CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Oversee preparation and consolidation of group financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate finance operations across subsidiaries and business units.
- Support treasury management, liquidity planning, and investment oversight.
- Drive financial transformation, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- ACA, ACCA, or CFA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong background in Insurance, Financial Services, or Holding Company environments.
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS, Corporate Finance, Internal Controls, and ERP systems.
