Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Group Treasurer to lead treasury operations across a diversified portfolio of insurance, health, and financial services businesses.
This executive-level role reports directly to the Group Managing Director and will be responsible for treasury strategy, liquidity management, investment oversight, and financial risk management across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement group-wide treasury policies and governance frameworks.
- Manage liquidity and capital allocation across multiple subsidiaries.
- Lead investment strategy and portfolio management initiatives.
- Monitor and mitigate interest rate, foreign exchange, credit, and liquidity risks.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and capital market stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including CBN, NAICOM, and NHIA guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
- CFA, ACT, or ICAN certification is mandatory.
- 15–20 years of treasury or financial management experience.
- Strong experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or Health Financing sectors.
