Job Summary




  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage customer relationships within assigned territories.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, monitoring merchandisers, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade accounts.



Key Responsibilities




  • Monitor and supervise the activities of merchandisers across assigned locations.

  • Ensure excellent service delivery to supermarkets and other modern trade accounts within the territory.

  • Manage relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and sub-distributors.

  • Drive product visibility, availability, and market penetration across assigned territories.

  • Communicate distributor targets and sales objectives to merchandisers.

  • Gather and report competitor activities, pricing, and market intelligence.

  • Collaborate with VSRs and other sales team members during market activations and sales drives.

  • Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support distributors in meeting their goals.

  • Maintain proper records and database of customers within the territory.

  • Carry out other sales-related duties assigned by management.



Requirements




  • Minimum of 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  • Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • High level of resilience, energy, and self-motivation.

  • Ability to understand market trends and competitor activities.

  • Proficiency in basic reporting and Microsoft Office tools.
