We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and result-driven individual who is willing to learn and grow in this field to join our Facilities/Estate Mgt team.
As an Estate Officer, you will support the management and maintenance of company properties, office facilities, and estate operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functionality.
Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and maintaining office buildings, facilities, and company properties.
Support facility inspections and report maintenance issues for prompt resolution.
Coordinate with vendors, artisans, and service providers on facility-related activities.
Assist in managing office space allocation and estate records/documentation.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and general environmental standards within the facility.
Support rent, utility, and property administration processes where applicable.
Assist in preparing reports, inventories, and operational updates.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
Basic knowledge of facility or property management principles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
