Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly creative, innovative, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms.

  • The ideal candidate must be versatile in all aspects of social media marketingand possess a verifiable track record of successfully growing brands, generating quality leads, increasing engagement, and executing high-performing digital campaigns.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support the company's sales and marketing objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies.

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create, plan, and publish engaging and conversion-driven content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.

  • Design and manage paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and maximize return on investment.

  • Build and implement social media campaigns that support recruitment, sales, and brand awareness objectives.

  • Monitor social media trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Engage with online communities and ensure prompt responses to inquiries and messages.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective digital campaigns.

  • Track, analyze, and present performance reports using social media analyticand digital marketing tools.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Work with creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.

  • Develop influenceand partnership strategies where necessary to increase brand reach.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or any related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or related role.

  • Must be versatile in social media marketing, content strategy, paid advertising, audience engagement, and lead generation.

  • Must have a verifiable track record of managing successful social media campaigns and delivering measurable business results.

  • Evidence of previous achievements, portfolios, or case studies demonstrating social media growth and campaign success will be required.

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and digital marketing best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media management, analytic, and scheduling tools.

  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
