Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.

  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

  • Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, content creators, and other departments to produce engaging content.

  • Execute and optimize social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

  • Monitor brand reputation and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement initiatives.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion objectives.

  • Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations where applicable.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices, platform updates, and social media regulations.



Job Requirements / Specifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

  • Excellent content writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
