Job Summary




  • We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated sales executive to promote and sell the company's products and services, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and be resident in Abuja, Nigeria.



Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:




  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.

  • Identify and contact potential customers through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.

  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.

  • Negotiate terms and successfully close sales deals.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.



Market Research & Customer Engagement:




  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for business improvement.

  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments.



Events & Brand Promotion:




  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, promotional events, and networking opportunities when required.

  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings and public engagements.

  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.



Reporting & Documentation:




  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and transactions.

  • Update and manage customer information using CRM software such as HubSpot and related tools.

  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.



Collaboration:




  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and management teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Economics, or a related field.

  • Must be a degree holder.

  • Minimum of 1–3 years' proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate Sales, or a related field.

  • Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot or similar platforms is an added advantage.

  • Must be resident in Abuja, Nigeria.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
