  • Our client is looking for sales professionals who can take ownership of a territory, grow our customer base, and consistently meet sales targets.

  • Depending on your assigned territory, you’ll either manage a fixed route (TSR), work directly within a high-traffic market (OMSR), or sell from a mobile van across multiple neighborhoods (VSR):

    • Territory Sales Rep (TSR)– : Alapere & Ketu environs

    • Open Market Sales Rep (OMSR)– : Mile 12 Market

    • Van Sales Rep (VSR)– Alapere, Mende, Ketu, Oworoshonki, Shangisha, Ojota





Key Responsibilities




  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within your territory

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships

  • Ensure full coverage of assigned routes, markets, or territories

  • Represent RENUZI’s products with strong market and product knowledge

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and stock movement

  • Identify new sales opportunities within your territory



Requirements




  • Minimum SSCE; sales certifications are an advantage

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role (FMCG background strongly preferred).

  • Strong active listening and customer relationship skills.

  • Resilience and persistence — comfortable with daily targets and market conditions.

  • Good knowledge of the Ojota, Ketu, Alapere, Mende, Oworoshonki, Shangisha, or Mile 12 areas (depending on assigned territory).

  • For VSR roles: valid driver’s licence may be required.
