Job Summary




  • They are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Officers to drive the sales of fixed-line broadband and internet solutions within designated coverage areas

  • The successful candidates will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer retention and service delivery.



Key Responsibilities




  • Prospect and acquire residential broadband customers through direct sales and cold calling.

  • Generate and manage sales leads, maintaining an active sales pipeline.

  • Conduct client meetings and product presentations at customer locations.

  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.

  • Support customer retention by liaising with customer service teams to resolve complaints and recharge issues.

  • Build and maintain relationships with estate facility managers, sales agents, and referral partners.

  • Execute sales activities including networking events, trade shows, and community engagements.

  • Monitor competitor activities, offerings, and pricing within assigned territories.

  • Submit daily sales reports and updates to management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years direct sales experience within the Telecoms/ISP industry.

  • Experience with ISPs or telecom providers such as IPNX, ISN, Cobranet, FibreOne, VDT, Swift, MainOne, Airtel, MTN, and similar organizations.

  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales, cold calling, frontline sales, and customer acquisition.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Candidates should ideally be between 25 and 30 years old.
