The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria. This role supports daily office operations by managing correspondence, maintaining records and filing systems, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel and logistics for team members.
The Administrative Assistant will prepare documents and reports, assist with data entry, and help organize project-related information to ensure smooth communication between departments. The role includes greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to leadership and project teams.
The Administrative Assistant will also assist with basic procurement and office supply management, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, scheduling, and record keeping.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and basic data entry skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of procurement processes and office inventory management is an advantage.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within engineering, energy, or project-based organizations.
Relevant post-secondary education or certification in administration, business, or a related field is preferred.
