Job Description






We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, communicating with clients and drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Additional duties may include inventory management, preparing shipping documents, and assisting with route planning.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments

  • Communicate with clients, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient delivery schedules

  • Prepare and review shipping documents such as waybills, invoices, and delivery receipts

  • Track shipments and update status reports

  • Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation

  • Address and resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process

  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize logistics processes



Requirements:




  • Minimum of an OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or equivalent; higher qualification is an advantage

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
