We are seeking an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our E-commerce platforms, driving digital sales, optimizing customer experience and implementing strategies that increase revenue and online visibility
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
- Ensure the website is fully functional, accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate with software developers on system improvements and bug fixes
- Test new website features before deployment
Product Catalogue Management
- Ensure all products are correctly uploaded
- Maintain accurate product descriptions
- Upload high-quality product images
- Ensure specifications and pricing are accurate
- Organize products into proper categories
- Manage obsolete or unavailable products
Online Sales Management
- Drive online sales growth
- Monitor daily online orders
- Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse and logistics teams
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders
- Reduce abandoned carts
- Improve online conversion rates
SEO & Website Visibility
- Improve search engine rankings
- Optimize product pages
- Improve metadata
- Optimize URLs
- Ensure proper indexing
- Improve organic traffic
Customer Experience Management
- Ensure a seamless customer journey
- Monitor website usability
- Improve checkout experience
- Resolve customer complaints relating to online orders

Requirements
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science or any related fields
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in e-commerce management
- Experience with custom-built e-commerce systems
- Strong understanding of online retails operations
- Digital marketing skills (SEO, Google Analytics Paid ads, social media analytics)
- Experience coordinating UI/UX teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI or other reporting tools
- Experience in online sales growth and conversion optimization
