As the Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition by onboarding agents, partners, and users while promoting the company’s digital payment solutions and services.
Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new agents, merchants, and partners within assigned locations
Promote and educate potential users on the company’s digital payment solutions
Drive daily field sales activities to meet onboarding and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
Previous experience as a Direct Sales Agent or in field sales is an advantage
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Good knowledge of assigned locations and surrounding areas.
