Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our healthcare team.
- The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, diagnose and treat dental conditions, educate patients on oral health, and ensure excellent patient experience through professional and ethical dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Carry out general dental procedures including fillings, extractions, cleaning, and preventive care.
- Provide oral health education and counseling to patients.
- Manage dental emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
- Stay updated with current dental practices, techniques, and industry standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance and use of dental equipment.
Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant dental regulatory body (e.g., MDCN).
- Relevant professional certifications and training will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2 – 3 years of experience practicing as a Dentist (experience may vary based on level).
- Experience in general dentistry and patient management.
- Experience working in a hospital or dental clinic environment is preferred.
