Job Summary




  • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our healthcare team.

  • The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care, diagnose and treat dental conditions, educate patients on oral health, and ensure excellent patient experience through professional and ethical dental practice.



Responsibilities




  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

  • Carry out general dental procedures including fillings, extractions, cleaning, and preventive care.

  • Provide oral health education and counseling to patients.

  • Manage dental emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.

  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards.

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.

  • Stay updated with current dental practices, techniques, and industry standards.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and use of dental equipment.



Education / Qualifications:




  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

  • Valid registration with the relevant dental regulatory body (e.g., MDCN).

  • Relevant professional certifications and training will be an added advantage.



Experience:




  • 2 – 3 years of experience practicing as a Dentist (experience may vary based on level).

  • Experience in general dentistry and patient management.

  • Experience working in a hospital or dental clinic environment is preferred.



Required Skills:




  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good patient management and counseling abilities.

  • Attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Proficiency in modern dental procedures and equipment.
