Your Responsibilities

• Prepare premium cocktails and signature mocktails to the highest standards.


• Develop creative drink presentations and seasonal menu ideas.


• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.


• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area.


• Deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and professionalism.


• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Cocktail Mixologist or Bartender.


• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
