Job Summary
To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Agriculture Development Manager and project team, ensuring efficient documentation, communication, and coordination of project activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Maintain schedules and calendars for project activities.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
- Assist in tracking project deliverables and timelines.
- Support procurement and logistics documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Business Administration, or related field.
- Time Management, office applications.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Administration or any related discipline
