Key Responsibilities




  • Financial & Market Intelligence: Build financial models, analyze market liquidity, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track performance. You will also perform preliminary reviews of budgets and departmental KPIs to ensure 100% accuracy. 

  • Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary link between the ED and department heads to keep strategic projects on schedule and within budget. 

  • Executive Communication: Draft high-stakes board papers, technical memos, and professional correspondence. 

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in administrative or financial processes and propose tech-driven solutions. 

  • Administrative Ownership: Strategically manage the ED’s calendar, travel arrangements, and documentation, ensuring they are prepared for all high-level meetings. 



Requirements & Qualifications




  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration. 

  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization) is non-negotiable. 

  • A grasp of financial principles, balance sheets and profit/loss statements. 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical information concisely. 

  • A keen eye for detail, the ability to anticipate needs, and high-level problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
