Job Summary




  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, improving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Administrative Duties:




  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and systems in line with company goals.

  • Advise management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

  • Identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.



Employee Relations & Performance Management:




  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and support managers in performance improvement plans.

  • Address grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in line with company policy.



Training & Development:




  • Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.

  • Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.



Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:




  • Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation structures.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.

  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.



Qualifications & Requirements

Education: 




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.

  • A Master’s degree or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.



Experience:




  • Minimum of 2–5years proven experience in Human Resources, with at least 2years in a managerial role.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
