  • We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and possess strong problem-solving abilities to deliver outstanding customer support.



Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.

  • Update and manage customer data in spreadsheets.

  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare customer service reports when required.



Requirements

Education:




  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. in a relevant field.



Experience:




  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative.

  • Proficiency in CRM software.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and spreadsheet management.

  • Computer literate with good knowledge of common office applications.



Skils:




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong command of the English language and good linguistic skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
