About the Role




  • We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of its real estate development projects.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities




  • Plan, coordinate, and manage real estate development projects from initiation to completion.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.

  • Ensure all projects comply with approved designs, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and Company policies.

  • Monitor project costs and ensure effective budget control.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for Management.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.

  • Manage project documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communication.

  • Resolve project issues and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

  • Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained across project sites.

  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational efficiency.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Estate Management, or a related discipline.

  • 5–7 years' relevant experience in project management within the real estate, construction, or property development industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering real estate or construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools.

  • Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., PMI, COREN, NSE, NIA, NIQS, PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
