- Our client is seeking a digital sales expert who seek out profiles social media profiles that fall into our ideal target audience, qualify them based on objective criteria, can communicate with empathy, discretion, and clarity — while confidently converting qualified leads into paid community members.
- This role requires emotional intelligence, confidentiality, and strong persuasion skills. It is not a spammy sales role.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage prospective members via Instagram DMs and related channels
- Respond to enquiries with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Qualify leads and guide them through the decision-making process
- Close qualified prospects into paid offerings
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions
- Work closely with the founder to align messaging and tone.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leads generation, DM closing, sales, or client conversion roles
- Strong written communication and persuasion skills
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion
- Comfortable working with high-value, private clientele
- Reliable, organised, and performance-driven.
