Job Description:




  • Oversee the operations and distribution activities efficiently to all the Direct Channels team across Regions

  • Provide leadership, direction, and development to all aspects of the Sales and distribution channels

  • Eyeball registration processes and ensure all direct channel agents are guided by the new Smile/NCC SIM activation guidelines and customer on boarding process

  • Coordinate activities of planning, recruitment, training, partner visits, and sales support for all the Direct Channels Sales agent

  • Implement sales channel strategies, accurately and proactively manage sales forecasts

  • Drive and deliver the sales target set for the channel (new customers, revenues, retention, BTS turnover)

  • Ensure adequate spread and visibility of the retail brand across regions

  • Share competition offerings, structures, and frameworks (commissions, performance bonuses, incentives, and branding) with your line manager and business as required

  • Monitor and analyze channel sales volumes and collections

  • Monitor and manage sales activity across the Direct channel to ensure it meets Smile standards and parameters

  • Identify viable locations for sales promotions and campaigns, distribution of collateral materials, and how it is applied across the channels

  • Ensure superior customer service in line with Smile’s brand promise throughout the Direct Channels

  • Ensure goals, products, and plans are effectively communicated, understood, and applied by all the sales agents and partners

  • Provide any other ad hoc duties assigned to you from time to time by the Head of Sales or any other person appointed by the Company for this purpose



Requirements:




  • Minimum BSc / HND degree

  • 5 years of relevant experience relevant position is mandatory

  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

  • Good listening and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process focus

  • Must have good customer service relations and management skills

  • Staff character must align with the Smile values
